My Client is currently recruiting for full time, permanent, Product Support Engineer based in the Bedford area.
The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical background in fault finding repairs and raising any quality repair issues. Reporting to Customer Service Supervisors you must have a Strong customer focus, excellent customer service skills.
Your role would include testing equipment and making accurate repairs, with the ability to use troubleshooting skills, and the capability of working to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a high quality of work.
Previous experience is required, together a willingness to learn new things. You should be able to work in a team and be computer literate. Flexibility is essential as some travelling may be required.

Job Title: Product Support Engineer
Salary:£21,000 per annum
Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm Mon to Thurs, and 8.30am-4pm on Friday.
