As our Product Support Engineer you will be in charge of all of our technical Application Support issues around API integrations, connectivity, service limitations and performance.
To succeed in the Product Support Engineer role you need:
- To be an experienced Product Support Engineer with excellent communication skills, being able to explain technical issues to non-technical people.
- With these key skills you will need to explain how you have supported API-related issues to your best ability. Solid understanding of how APIs work: you will be supporting a product that has a number of complex integrations a highly secure robust scalable product dealing with high volume of queries and user traffic. If you have worked on resolving issues around API integrations we will be very excited to speak to you!
- Strong/analytical IT problem-solving skills, e.g. you can articulate how you approach/progress/solve a technical issue. Work with urgency/can deal with high pressured situations.
