Recruiting for a Product Support Advisor and Demonstrator to join the Customer Service team and be the end user technical support specialist. You will answer customer queries by phone and email, providing specialised product advise as well as general DIY advice. You will work in collaboration with the marketing team and produce demonstration video whereby you can coach and train individuals on how to use the products.

About the Company:

An established brand in the DIY sector who have a wide variety of hand tools, power tools, garden tools and automotive tools etc. Established in the sector and growing into foreign markets they are keen to expand their team to keep the momentum of growth and demand.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

For the Product Support Advisor and Demonstrator you will need a strong working knowledge of DIY tools and be confident in presenting and demonstrating to end users. You will be doing this mostly in front of a camera and you will need to be comfortable delivering advice over the phone to customers. There will be some product training provided but this role requires you to have a good general tools knowledge already. You will also be using CRM systems and you will be confident in using technology to facilitate end user support. This position may suit someone who has been a Demonstrator and would now look at a more internal role.

Salary/Benefits Information: Package of £23,000 - £26,000 + bonus + benefits.
