Fox Group International Ltd is a fast moving wholesale cosmetics supplier, working predominantly in the aesthetics industry.
We require a Product Specialist (Customer Service Executive) to join our growing team. Your primary role will be to address and manage all customer queries, which will encompass both new and existing customers. This will cover face to face, telephone, email, website and social media platforms. You will also be required to provide admin support to the company directors and team support where required.
You may be in a similar role already, or you may have excellent customer service skills and have the capacity to learn new product information easily and be keen to move into a product specialist role.
You will need to be strongly customer focused and offer a friendly and consultative approach whilst acting as a ambassador to the company and its products.
You will need good IT and systems skills, good attention to detail and good problem-solving skills. You'll need to work well under pressure, be able to work on your own initiative and be well organised. You should also be well adept at communicating effectively across all manners of public and customer enquiries.
Although not essential, previous experience in the cosmetic industry/ training environment or administration background would also be advantageous.
