Product Marketing Executive

Purpose of the job

Working alongside the Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery and execution of global marketing plans to support major updates to LoungeKey. This includes the creation and maintenance of all sales and marketing collateral, including product sheets, sales decks, online content, app content, Go To Market toolkits, videos, training material, and GTM product launch plans for all launches and major updates. You will also be responsible for sending monthly program e-newsletters to our existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the b2b marketing for LoungeKey through the following:
  • Maintain a calendar of events/activities for key program developments, including more detailed GTM plans for larger product releases
  • Document and suggest improvements for key marketing processes
  • Support the creation and delivery of campaign assets to support marketing plans, working with the in-house design team and agencies as appropriate
  • Work cross-functionally to successfully execute GTM plans
  • Lead the evaluation of GTM activities and materials, providing support and guidance where needed to ensure the account teams and clients are supported from a marketing perspective
  • Develop a set of KPIs that can be tracked and reported on a monthly basis to demonstrate the improvement in satisfaction and engagement from key client decision makers
  • Develop and manage the updates for marketing materials including product sheets, sales decks, online content, app content, Go-To-Market toolkits, videos, training material etc - to be updated regularly
  • Be a brand guardian for all LoungeKey product-related materials
  • Support the business with ad hoc requests regarding information from existing clients, as well as producing presentations to support the BD team with new acquisitions.

Knowledge, skills and experience required

Knowledge

  • Degree-level qualification ideally in marketing or business-related subjects, or equivalent by experience
  • Appreciation of B2B marketing, including involvement in or usage of at least one of the following areas: website, marketing communications, campaigns
  • Appreciation of working internationally across multiple products and services desirable

  • Strong Powerpoint skills, with the ability to produce compelling client-facing presentations that showcase the benefits of our airport experiences programs

Experience

  • Ideally at least two years’ experience of working in a marketing role and team - ideally B2B
  • Involvement in production and delivery of marketing campaigns, conferences or production of collaterals
  • Appreciation of industries - particularly travel, insurance, or finance services desirable
