We have an exciting opportunity to join an established manufacturing business who are seeking an experienced and professional Product Manager.

Salary: C£55,000 - depending on skills and experience

Location: near Dartford

Hours: 40 hours per week - 8.00am to 4.45 pm, Monday to Friday

Benefits: 6.5% company pension contribution, free parking

40 hours per week, no home working available

Essential requirements

Due to travel between two sites candidates must have their own transport, ideally Full UK driving license. All travel expenses will be paid by the company

Ideally experience in manufacturing or the construction industry

The Product Manager role reports to the Commercial Director.

Our client is seeking an organised and experienced Product Manager with excellent business acumen and IT skills - MS Office, high level of Excel literacy, ideally ERP working knowledge.

As this is a newly created role, in the first instance you will be involved in setting up new processes and procedures for the newly created role.

Product Manager experience required:

  • Highly organised
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills is essential.
  • Proactive and determined to succeed.
  • Taking meetings
  • Ability to gather information from internal stake holders regarding new products being involved from inception to delivery
  • Any electrical knowledge would be an advantage
  • Higher education level - Prince II and advantage
  • Able to travel to other site - Harlow, Essex
  • Manufacturing or construction industry experience
