Product Manager / Product Marketing Manager / Category Marketing

**Please note 1-2 days working from home available with this role but head office is in Warwickshire

We are pleased to be partnering with a billion pound turnover organisation who are recruiting for an experienced Product Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to joining a global giant and market leading organisation and work on a product that is trying to change the game and disrupt how things are done.

This role will have responsibility for product ranges and defining the product marketing strategy, define regional portfolio, and managing the full PLC including launch, price position and analysis. You will be responsible for co-ordinating product related market research, competitor analysis, product and service launch and internal training as well as support Marketing in the creation of market leading customer focussed communications.

The role will initially have one direct report but the team is growing and the team with a junior PM also coming into the team who will support this role with the day to day.

You do not need to be super technically minded as the onus of the role is on the strategic and commercial approach to product development and launch, although you will need to be comfortable working with a fairly technical product.

To be considered for this role you will require the following skills and experience:

  • Significant commercial product management experience working with products that require a technical sales approach.
  • Clear strengths in strategy, planning and people management is essential to the role.
  • Strong background in strategic planning, launch and product introduction.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships with customers and sales leaders.
  • First class commercial acumen and commercial analytical skills.
