Excellent opportunity for a Product Manager/Administrator to join a reputable retailer in Harrogate. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic global manufacturer working closely with the EMEA Marketing Director.
Specific responsibilities will include managing the new product development process, managing product refresh projects, working closely with the US Brand Marketing counterparts, competitive analysis and sales data analysis. You will take on a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
Product Manager Duties:
*Conduct category analysis and recommend how new products and features will fill portfolio opportunities.
*Lead category specific new product launches from conception through execution (pricing, positioning, packaging, etc.), working collaboratively with different functions.
*Manage all product refresh projects from conception through to execution, working collaboratively with our sales planners and Operations teams to manage launch timings and roll out plans.
*To maintain EMEA product roadmap and responsible for creation and communication of our new / refresh product communication tool kit for our internal sales team and international Distributor partners.
*Work in partnership with Account Managers and Sales Team to support and deliver sales presentations, business reviews and NPD presentations to support the growth targets.

Education or experience:
*Educated to degree level
*Minimum 2 years Product and Marketing focus
*Experience working cross functionally with Sales, Operations and Product Development
*Ability to plan, deliver and achieve
*Already operating successfully in a marketing, product marketing, category marketing position
