The company are looking for a Product Manager to join their Tech Team, someone who has experience with ed- techs, who enjoys working in an agile environment and wants to get their hands stuck into the wild world of product management from the beginning of the product lifecycle to the end.
You will be working closely with the rest of the Product Management team, compromised of developers, designers, test engineers and product owners, challenging existing processes to improve efficiency and quality, creating a culture of high motivation and continuous improvement within the tech team, whilst proactively communicating with all stakeholders.

As the Product Manager, you will be working within an agile environment and working on the day-to-day Product contact, working alongside wider teams to manage requirement gathering, analysis and manage stakeholder expectations and writing user stories. In addition, you be working collaboratively with the rest of the Product team requirements for client specific features and functionality, in relation to the overall product roadmap. As well as this, you will also collaborate with other departments to better understand the requirements of the product and how it can enable other teams to deliver to the high standard.
The team is given a large amount of autonomy and the freedom to make quick decisions that positively impact the product.
Key Technologies and Skills
3-5 years of prior Product Owner experience and track record of building successful products using data, customer feedback and /or machine learning.
Experience working with agile methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience with start-ups and / or ed-techs
Nice to have skills
Strong Software Development background (not necessarily in engineering)
Experience with integration of systems
