Product Manager (FTC) - West Region

GLL is looking for a Regional Product Manager to work for 12 months on a fixed term basis as maternity cover. GLL's West Region; a geographically widespread region with 36 sport and leisure centres in Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Chiltern, Reading, Swindon, Bournemouth and Portsmouth. The Regional Product Manager is a key member of the Regional Team and works to successfully implement and deliver GLL products to increase awareness, user numbers and sales.

Reporting into the Regional Business Manager, you will focus on growing all areas of Health & Fitness including gyms, fitness classes and sales. You'll work closely with the Regional Marketing team, corporate support teams, General Managers and Partnership Managers as well as other local colleagues to deliver GLL products in line with our strategic plan.

Continuing your strong track record of achieving business objectives, product growth and excellent customer service, you will be a real people-person with a background in either sales or health & fitness. Your current knowledge of the leisure, fitness and lifestyle worlds will be key as you'll influence how our products affect improvement and growth. You will also have the gravitas needed to develop relationships with our senior management teams. Whatever your background, you will be adaptable and willing to turn your hand to anything.
