Product Manager - FinTech Startup - Agile - Smartcard Payments

A fantastic fintech startup who are taking over the smart card payments industry are looking for an Agile Product Manager to join their development team. The role has come about due to the incredible success of the company who have grown to forty employees in just three years, half of whom are within the technology branch of the business.

As the Product Manager, you will be solely responsible for the product backlog. It will be your responsibility to manage and prioritise the backlog to the best of your ability and simultaneously manage one of the Scrum teams. You will be working on new product features and translating requirements primarily, but you will also be working on backend functional features and products too.

For this Product Manager role, you must have previous experience within a finance or fintech startup software house as a Product Manager. It is essential that you have experience within an Agile environment, particularly Kanban and Scrum. You must be data-driven and have experience developing customer-facing products, ideally iOS mobile applications. You need to have client-facing experience too and evident communication skills because you will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

For this Product Manager role, the company are offering between £50,000 and £60,000 salary per annum depending on previous experience as well as a good benefits package. They are based in Central London and are looking for someone to join the team as soon as possible.
