Product Development Administrator required to support a rapidly expanding business proud to be renowned worldwide for brand innovation and quality pet care accessories and treats. With significant presence in international markets they hold international licence rights for Hello Kitty, Me To You, RAC and Alan Titchmarsh. As part of the in-house development team you will, as Product Development Administrator, support the development team in investigating, selecting, developing and delivering specific product ranges for the pet care market by performing a range of administrative support functions.

Product Development Administrator - Role and Responsibilities - Admin / Product Developer / Design / Branded Products

* Responsible for managing the critical paths and range plans following a new project introduction
* Check progress with overseas suppliers and internal operations ensuring product arrives on time to critical path, flagging up any delays
* Organise planning meetings for new campaigns, ensuring relevant parties attend and gathering everyone on time (Product/ Sales/ Management/ Licensor)
* Partake in meeting, take meeting notes and send actions to all parties
* Assist Product Developer in preparing pre-sell meeting packs for all new ranges
* Ongoing analysis of trends in the market place and identifying changes in demand in order to maximise profits
* Completion of product specification forms with accurate information
* Recording, handling and responding to product complaints from customers, with support of the product developer
* Sample requests / chasing, manage sample system & sample room organisation, including the management of the showroom stock and displays

Good knowledge of general market trends and fashions
* Be able to work as part of a team, but also be capable of running the department when the Product Developer is out of the office
* Have a flexible attitude to working hours
* An excellent communicator at all levels
* A proactive attitude to responsibilities and deadlines
