As the Product Developer you will report directly into a Senior as you develop commercial yet innovative product ranges. You will need to be used to working in a fast paced environment, have a passion not only for product, but for the brand and will have been in a similar product role previously.

PRODUCT DEVELOPER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years of Product Development experience
  • Own the critical path & delivery schedule with merchandising support
  • Take briefs and work on new concepts with the design team
  • Source and develop product for each range
  • Experienced with fabric and trim sourcing
  • Work to tech pack and sampling deadlines ahead of key meetings and launches for the business
  • Confidently present new product ranges to the SLT
  • Effectively understand the consumer and brand image
  • Manage any departmental admin tasks and duties - executing them on-time & accurately
  • Manage the End to End process of sample development through to the supplier delivery into the business
  • Have a proven track record of maintaining and growing supplier relationships
  • Own all samples that come onto your department for costing
  • Effectively cost all product, whilst protecting a clear pricing architecture and securing healthy margins / BIM%
  • Confidently understand and communicate key trade reactions each week with the wider team
  • Execute all trading actions
  • Responsible for weekly sign off processes
  • Accountable for all product on your department, from quality right through to sales performance
  • Experienced in working with in-house web and trading teams to photograph and push new product online and with concession business partners
  • Attend all fit sessions with the Garment Technologist and Designer
