As Product Assistant, your role is fundamental in supporting the Product Manager in developing and driving forward the TUI UK product in line with the strategic imperatives and wider Group strategy.

What you will be doing
As a Product Assistant you will have responsibility for a number of destinations, assisting on the commercial performance including competitor analysis, seasonal planning, online and offline product content and promotion of our holidays within the brands and Group product strategy.
You will play a fundamental part in planning and implementing of seasonal plans. You will understand factors that affect market demand, the competitive landscape as well as customer feedback, to ensure the future programme is planned appropriately.
You will support the Product Manager in developing pricing strategies for each of your resorts to ensure they are priced correctly to hit target margins that maximise profit and revenue.
Regular tracking of sales and margin performance by property and destination with the trading team is a key part of the role and taking steps to maximise sales and to overcome any barriers. You will use statistics on web share and other available information to review and challenge web content, working with other internal customers to implement changes
You’ll need to display strong communication skills with key stakeholders across the commercial division and beyond, to drive current and future business strategy.
What we are looking for
- Knowledge of Specialist Holidays including Tour holidays, City Holidays and/or scheduled flying business models is highly desirable.
- Educated to degree level (desired but not essential)
