On behalf of our client, a leading hosting and managed services provider, we are looking to recruit a Senior Product Analyst. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for product analytics and supporting the sales organisation in process and system mechanics.

The role will also entail supporting the product and sales team in researching and developing custom proposals such as renewals and price increases. The ability to understand complex system dependencies and make decisions based on Product Management rules is essential.

Duties/responsibilities:

  • Proactive and regular interaction with sales teams to ensure minimal friction in quoting and ordering Data and Managed Services solutions

  • Review and approve Product Management tasks in workflow tools based on confirmation of task completion by operations and other functional teams

  • Create and maintain ongoing monthly product metrics

  • Ongoing verification of sales data accuracy and completion, and routine interaction with sales, finance, accounting, engineering, and operations to improve or update data

  • Manage existing embedded base through price increases, renewals and disconnects

    Skills/Experience:

  • 2 years plus of product, financial or technology analyst experience

  • Strong attention to detail, superb organisational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise

  • Ability to work across functional boundaries

  • Able to solve practical problems and deal with a number of variables

  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

    The position requires strong technical aptitude and attention to detail but does not necessarily require telecommunications experience.
