We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to help develop and implement a strategy for a portfolio of external suppliers. You will be responsible for all commercial contracts placed and provide support to the business throughout. You will prepare for and lead complex supplier negotiations to establish possible cost savings and to gain the best value.
You will work within a team of 5 Procurement professionals and Engineering teams across 15 different sites in the UK. You will be required to develop and maintain relationships with these sites and will be expected to visit 1-2 per month.
Skills and experience
You must have a relevant qualification to a Chartered (MCIPS) status. You should be an excellent communicator and have proven capability / skills in complex negotiations, deal closing and contract requirement planning.

Salary and package details
With a salary between £35,000 to £45,000 dependant on experience, you will also receive a bonus opportunity of 15%, private healthcare cover, generous company pension scheme, and 25 days annual leave.
