Your new role
You will be responsible for the procurement demand management which will involve demonstrating the benefit of procurement and scoping out future opportunities, as well as challenging the business over requirements.

You will be the main point of contact in Procurement with stakeholders in terms of managing incoming requests for procurement support and proactive stakeholder engagements. Your role sits in the Procurement Operations team to provide effective demand management to shape and own the scope of activity. Your role is a key component in the overall procurement strategy in assisting with the team meeting their SLAs for global internal customers.

On a day to day basis you will maintain and expand the key demand management resources and processes including the PSLs and service catalogues. In addition, you will create, maintain and control the use of Procurement collateral/engagement materials as well as the stakeholder engagement plan to raise the profile of procurement.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need prior experience in procurement demand management and user engagement in a procurement function. You will need excellent communication/stakeholder engagement skills as you will be required to liaise with various business units and stakeholders at all levels.

You will need to be confident and have the ability to challenge stakeholders professionally when required to achieve compliance/correct results.

You will need an analytical mindset, with the ability to work with a broad range of data, interpreting and presenting this to various stakeholders in ways that can bring the data to life.
