Procurement Manager, Birmingham to £58,000

McGinley Support Services have an opportunity based in Birmingham for a permanent corporate procurement manager for the UKs largest infrastructure project.

As a Procurement Manager you will be responsible for managing the procurement of all goods and services required to support the delivery of the UKs largest approved infrastructure project, along with co-ordinating procurement resources engaged in response to programme needs. You will be responsible for implementing procurement procedures in keeping with procurement policy and you will advise on applicable EU and UK procurement legislation and developments.
You will demonstrate understanding and experience of cultivating strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers with knowledge and experience of working with or for publicly funded bodies including central government departments.

In return you will receive a salary in the range of £48,000 to £58,000 plus benefits and an opportunity to really make a name for your self on one of the largest and most complex schemes in recent times.
