Your new role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager in the Facilities Management Division, your key responsibilities will be to establish procurement processes according to industry best practices, running the end-to-end supply chain management. Creating KPIs / reports to monitor performance of the department and supply chain, improving / strengthening existing processes. You will also be required to formalise contractual arrangements to provide best value whilst minimising commercial risk.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a demonstrable background in Facilities Management/Construction Procurement, CIPS qualified would be beneficial. You will have strong commercial acumen and be a confident and skilled negotiator. It would be desirable if you have a knowledge and understanding of PFI/LIFT contracts, however this is not essential. What you'll get in return £35,000 - £40,000 plus £5,000 Car Allowance and other benefits.
