Do you have a combination of Procurement and Recruitment experience? Our client are a market leading healthcare organisation undergoing sustained growth. They currently require a high calibre procurement professional with strong knowledge of recruitment processes and procedures to take the lead on their multi-million pound recruitment spend.
This is a critical high profile role within our client's organisation where you will be required to develop an efficient and effect recruitment strategy to support the organisation's phenomenal growth.
You will need to have a strong understanding of recruitment PSL's and rate cards, agency forecasting and reporting and managing SLA's. You will also need to be technology savy in order to ensure they are using systems and tools at the forefront of an innovative market.
The role will require strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills as you will take the lead in managing senior level stakeholders throughout the organisation when it comes to recruitment and resourcing spends being the procurement subject matter expert.
Collaborating with relevant functions and operational teams you will ensure understanding and compliance with key procurement strategies and contracts, being accountable for building and maintaining collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
