There is now a fantastic opportunity for a Procurement Coordinator. The position has arisen due to expansion and is at one of the most iconic companies within the UK. The company has experienced massive growth in recent years due to extended contracts and international clients. My client is looking for you - their next Coordinator

What does the role entail?

As the Course Coordinator for the company you will be in charge of multiple duties, these will include organising and coordinating all Supply Chain Academy (SCA) and CP Training (CPT) events, programmes and activities, faculty members and support staff. The ideal candidate will also have to have a good phone manner as you will be fielding calls and email enquiries from clients and potential clients (and passing on more complex enquiries) to the Commercial Director. You will have responsibility for Coordinating, in conjunction with the SCA management team, all aspects of events. You will also be producing accurate and timely reports from the LMS according to the team’s needs.

What Skills will I need for this role?

You will ideally have experience working in a role with a lot of responsibility before and be an experienced coordinator. You will need to have a good understanding of working within budgets and working with large teams on both an external and internal teams. You will also have worked in a very similar job to the one explained above having a wide ranging area of events. As well as the skills needed to perform the role you will be a strong communicator at all levels from entry level to senior management, be highly driven with exceptional attention to detail, possessing a positive and approachable demeanour.
