A growing Derby based business are currently recruiting for a Procurement Administrator on a temporary basis for 6 weeks, to start immediately.
Reporting to the Procurement Manager you will be responsible for;
•Catering supplies ordering
•Insurance claim supplies
•Energy and Utilities
•Archiving all documents
•Dealing with temporary and agency staff
•Purchase order queries
•Manage supplier creation requests
•Co-ordinating and tracking activity between internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure quality service levels are maintained.
•Escalating issues to the head of procurement or head of finance as required
•Be able to support the creation of new suppliers and undertake supplier enquiries
The role is paying up to £24,000, it is a 37.5 hour working week, working either 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm.
