The Procurement Division of SF Group are currently recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator for our client based in Lutterworth.
As the Purchasing Administrator you will be required to support the transactional procurement team, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed and processing card orders, you will also be responsible for:
- Recording purchasing card payments
- Validating card payments
- Raising orders and placing orders with suppliers
- Resolving any branch queries
- Statement consolidation
- Financial reporting
The successful candidate must have the following skills and experience:
- Extremely strong administration skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- IT Competent- with strong Excel skills (essential)
- Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to communicate well both written and verbal
- A team player
Working hours are Monday- Friday 8.30pm-5.30pm
In return for the above the employer is looking to offer between £18,000 - £20,000 per annum depending on experience.
