Joining SAI Global at an exciting time, we are looking for an experienced Processing Administrator to join us on a permanent, part-time basis (4 hours a day, 5 days a week) in our Milton Keynes office. As an experienced Administrator, you will already have a proven background in providing administration support and, as part of the role here, you will work closely with our Account Management team to ensure orders are processed correctly and to support the quotation process across both EMEA and the US. As part of supporting the quotation process, you will be expected to engage with relevant stakeholders to collate, create and administer appropriate quotation-related information to support various internal and external departments.
Due to the nature of the Processing Administrator role, we are looking for someone who is comfortable and confident in dealing with a broad range of stakeholders, and who can deliver an efficient administration service with high attention to detail. Previous experience of using a CRM system (ideally Salesforce) is beneficial, however, training can be provided. An overview of the main duties of the role has been provided below:
To support the quotation process, ensuring that all stakeholder queries are resolved and that required documentation is completed and stored/distributed accordingly;
To administrator and correctly follow established procedures for order processing (full training will be provided);
To provide general administration support to the sales teams and other areas of the business, including the preparation of invoices and credit notes as required with assistance from the Finance Department;
Any other reasonable duties as required by the business.
Experience and Skillset required:
Experience in an administration role, ideally with experience of supporting quotations and sales processes;
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
Working knowledge of appropriate CRM (ideally Salesforce);
Experience of working in a sales administration environment would be beneficial.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required;
Ability to effectively liaise with colleagues in other departments;
Strong organization and planning skills;
Ability to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure;
High attention to detail;
Ability to multi-task.
