Process Improvement Manager
£40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus (£5K) + Relocation Package (3K) Progression + Pension + Holiday + Benefits

This engineering company, design and manufacture a wide range of products for household names. They have been enjoying consistent growth in all areas and are now looking to recruit a Process Engineering Manager to join the business in a pivotal role.
In this role you will be responsible for all the process improvement activities to the manufacturing processes and machinery for the site. This will involve all CAPEX projects, New product introduction and ensuring that all machinery has the ability to meet production targets. You will run a team of 8 engineers, and all management activities surrounding this.
The ideal candidate will be either a mechanical or electrical engineer, with management experience and will have ran improvement projects across a range of manufacturing operations.

- Process improvements to all processes and machinery
- Working with other departments such as production and maintenance
- Involved in New Product Introduction to make sure it can be manufactured
- Responsible for a team of 8 multi skilled engineers
- Engineering background in either mechanical or electrical engineering
- Knowledge of CAPEX, NPI and machinery improvements
