The ideal applicant will come from a Chemical Engineering background.
You will be reporting directly to the Engineering Project Manager.
Increasing manufacturing efficiency through improved equipment performance.
Solving technical problems systemically.
Analysing downtime and quality feedback data and create action plans accordingly.
Upgrading the production process and implement fixes by working with other functional engineers and technicians.
Providing day-to-day support for equipment issues.
Support other engineers in accomplishing day to day actions, including control/instrument, mechanical, and electrical.
Manage the process rigorously using current engineering/design/equipment documents.
Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualification & Experience;
Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strong process skills.
Strives to maintain a safe, compliant and protective operation.
Listens to and responds quickly to customer concerns.
Strives for continued improvement.
Willing and eagerness to learn.
Maintain positive "Can Do" attitude, positive team spirit.
Working mainly on a day shift, but some flexibility may be required.
Paying up to £45,000 pa.
25 days + BH annual leave.
Free onsite parking.
Overtime paid at an enhanced rate.
