Process Analyst

Role:Process Analyst

Location: Nottingham

Duration: Initial 3 months

Rate: Negotiable

We are looking for a Process Analyst/Lead to document the processes for the build, delivery and support of new SaaS based products. Our current processes need to be analysed and amended to align with the new products. These processes then need to be stored centrally, allowing them to be updated and refined as and when deemed necessary. Anyone who can advise on which tool should be utilised for central repository would be of benefit -SharePoint, Jira etc.

This is a 'doing' role - we need individuals who can listen, document and support on the new business processes.

This individual is required to analyse and map process for:

  • On-boarding new Clients
  • Capturing requirements
  • Design and Build stage
  • Support

Background

  • Process documentation
  • Process Analysis
  • Software experience
  • Any accreditation in the Six Sigma space would be a benefit
