Job Title: Problem and Change Analyst (Service Management)

Location: Northampton

Type: Permanent

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000

A superb opportunity has arisen for Problem and Change Analyst to join a rapidly expanding financial services organisation. The roles will cover a number of the Service Management disciplines including but not limited to Incident, Problem, Change, and IT Integration.

As Problem and Change Analyst you will be responsible for the following;

  • Provide IT Service management subject matter expertise and support to other areas of the business in relation to the owned processes.
  • Organise and chair meetings as required.
  • Support team manager in the completion of defined tasks and responsibilities accurately within Operating or Service Level Agreements or performance targets.

As Problem and Change Analyst you will have the following skills/experience;

  • Working / Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience or involvement in 1 of the following:
    • Incident management
    • Problem management
    • Change & release management
    • Service transition / integration
  • Ability to develop background / working knowledge of IT services and service levels
  • ITIL certified (desirable)
