This well-established law firm are now looking for a highly skilled legal secretary / assistant to join their expanding probate department based in Shrewsbury. This firm can offer you a host of benefits, along with a competitive salary. Within this role, your key duties will include:
- Audio/copy typing within the probate department handling matters relating to matrimonial, wills, power of attorney, court of protection, tax, trusts and estates
- Liaising with clients daily
- Arranging for wills and deeds to be restored
- Billing and other financial responsibilities
- General admin tasks
In order to be considered for this probate legal secretary vacancy, you must have a good understanding of probate and have been a legal secretary previously. You must also have excellent typing and communication skills.
