Proactive Lead Generation

Job Overview:

  • Inbound and outbound telephone work related to generating new customer leads for a different, direct sales force.
  • Responsible for establishing appointments with the customer and the direct sales person.
  • Fact Find - Identify client’s needs through Scoping & Qualification.
  • Promotion of the Products and Solutions First Data offer.
  • Working towards Targets.
  • Short sales cycle
  • Establish and build relationships with the Business Consultants.
  • Administrative tasks and Customer Record Management
  • Works under supervision and/or with specific instructions.

Knowledge & experience required:

·Relevant inside sales related work experience.

·Self-Motivated and driven to succeed.

·Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills.

·Experience in Outbound Calling.

·Excellent Telephone Manner.

·Proficient in generating interest and handling client objections to convert into Profitable Business Opportunities whilst demonstrating ownership.

·Good Organisation and Time Management Skills.

·Ability to work as an Individual and part of a Team.
