As a Family Office Personal Assistant your days will include both routine and ad hoc tasks so you will need to be able to prioritise, work from various locations, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a similar role is essential.
Your role will be to support, organise and ensure the smooth operation of both personal and business tasks which will include but are not limited to:
- Diary management
- Drafting correspondence
- Running errands
- Booking Travel and Events
- Maintaining spreadsheets
- Meeting preparation
- Data entry and management
- Filing, printing, ordering of office supplies
- Invitation management
- Invoice preparation
This role will suit an extremely detail orientated and self-motivated experienced and professional Personal Assistant who is able to navigate ambiguity and deliver results.
The varied nature of the role means that an excellent communicator is essential. A true team player, you will be skilled at building relationships and communicating across domestic and corporate staff of varying levels of seniority.
You will be highly proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, routinely working with Outlook, Word and Excel.
