Office Angels are helping our Harley Street based Medical client with the recruitment of a new Medical Administrator.
This is a full time permanent opportunity paying up to a maximum 25k for the right person.
A background in medical isn't essential, just a strong administrator with credit control experience is a great fit.
Duties of the role include:
- Booking patient appointments
- Liaising with other teams/departments
- Collating statistics and compiling reports
- Scanning and filing
- Basic HR duties such as obtaining references and sending out starter packs
- Taking payments and issuing invoices
- Debt recovery / credit control as and when required
- General office duties
The right person for this opportunity will be:
- Meticulous with great attention to detail
- Dedicated and patient
- Highly motivated with strong Administration and IT skills
