Private Label Assistant
This is an Excellent Opportunity to join Montagne Jeunesse, assisting our Private Label Coordinator in a full range of administrative duties

Main responsibilities will be to:
Provide a full range of administrative duties to support the Private Label Coordinator including pulling together and collating relevant information from external and internal parties
Tracking project timelines to achieve launch date
Maintaining an awareness of trend drivers, competitor launches and beauty news
Liaise with suppliers to obtain and negotiate costs, timings and technical data
Tracking and managing new product and packaging samples
Work in collaboration with other departments to create pack copies/marketing information as well as circulating artworks for internal and external review
Working with Design Team on product artwork
Liaising with other departments across the wider business and ensuring good dialogue and smooth flow of information
Assisting with costings, liaising with third parties, providing all information to your line Manager
Liaising with R&D, and supply chain third parties, to ensure tasks are completed on time and maintaining an awareness and record of delivery dates throughout the development projects
Carrying out additional duties when reasonably requested and where necessary within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability of the role including preparing and despatching samples to customers, filing, scanning and maintaining systems as needed
Proactive and open to learning with a flexible approach to work and the ability to demonstrate use of initiative
Have a passion for Beauty care and a genuine interest in Montagne Jeunesse
Interpersonal, a real team player with confident verbal and strong written communication skills
Methodical and possess exceptional organisational skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail, able to prioritise and manage your time and able to work under pressure
A confident IT user with Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office IT skills
Professional with a positive "can do "attitude and have the ability to apply a 'common sense’ approach to resolving problems
