Sacco Mann is delighted to be working exclusively on a brand-new private client solicitor role in the Durham office of this highly regarded regional team. This role offers the chance to work within a friendly and cohesive team that benefits from a highly supportive manager with strong technical expertise.

The Role

The successful candidate will handle a mixed private client caseload, including will drafting, estate planning, probate, tax and trusts. The firm boasts a substantial will bank, a high volume of repeat business, and long-standing clients, providing stability and ongoing opportunities for development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Wills and Estate Planning
  • Probate and Estate Administration
  • Trusts & Tax Advice – support provided with this if it’s not been a focus before
  • Maintaining and developing client relationships
  • Getting involved with business development opportunities with the Head of Department

About You

  • Qualified solicitor with 2-5 yrs PQE
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
  • Ability to handle a varied caseload independently
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to other offices as needed
