The Role
The successful candidate will handle a mixed private client caseload, including will drafting, estate planning, probate, tax and trusts. The firm boasts a substantial will bank, a high volume of repeat business, and long-standing clients, providing stability and ongoing opportunities for development.
Key Responsibilities
- Wills and Estate Planning
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Trusts & Tax Advice – support provided with this if it’s not been a focus before
- Maintaining and developing client relationships
- Getting involved with business development opportunities with the Head of Department
About You
- Qualified solicitor with 2-5 yrs PQE
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Ability to handle a varied caseload independently
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other offices as needed
