Job Title: Private Client Fee Earner

• Provide expert legal advice on estate planning, trusts, tax planning, succession planning, wills, and probate.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, acting as their primary legal advisor.

• Draft and oversee legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.

• Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and data protection laws.

• Develop new business opportunities through networking and marketing initiatives.

• Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to provide integrated client services.

• Monitor financial performance, billing, and profitability within the department.

• Represent clients in disputes or negotiations related to estates, trusts, and family wealth.

• Qualified solicitor (SRA registered) with 4+ years PQE in private client law.

• Strong technical expertise in estate administration, tax planning, wills, and trusts.

• Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including AML, KYC, and GDPR.

• Proactive, client-focused approach with high ethical standards.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
