What will you do? 

  • Will drafting (including tax efficient wills incorporating trusts)
  • Estate and asset protection planning
  • Creating & drafting of onshore trusts 
  • Probate and Estate Administration 
  • Powers of attorney
  • Court of Protection matters
  • Act for families, individuals, trustees and private wealth advisories
  • (experience of all of these elements is not essential – training will be given, you should just be commercially focused and willing to learn)


What will you need?

  • To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with up to 4 years PQE within private client law
  • Newly qualified solicitors with significant private client experience will be considered
  • STEP membership beneficial, but certainly not essential
