My client is a large regional firm with a presence across the Midlands and South East. The firms origins can be traced back to the 1800s, however, the firm is known for their progressive and forward-thinking approach to legal advice as well as for adopting a holistic approach to the needs of their clients.

There is a vacancy within their already established Private Client department in Sandy which attracts high quality work from HNW clients and they deal with both contentious and non-contentious wills and probate matters. They are committed to ongoing support and training throughout your career and want to recruit their future associates and partners.

You will be around NQ-3 years experience, however, application will be considered from non-qualified candidates who have the right level of experience. You will conduct a caseload of will drafting, probate, administration of estates, lasting powers of attorney, court of protection and some IHT advice. Completion of the STEP qualification is not a requirement but is highly desirable.
