A requirement has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join an existing team within a medium sized commercial firm. You will be based in the Nantwich office, dealing with the full range of private client matters. The firm have a very strong reputation within the Cheshire area and receive many referrals and recommendations. This role has arisen following a very successful year in 2017.
You will be joining a team of 6 fee earners which is headed up by a partner, and there is secretarial and paralegal support available for all fee earners.
Ideally you will have experience of all aspects of private client matters including Wills, LPA's, Probate, Trusts, Court of Protection and Estate planning matters. You will be expected to manage your own caseload and become a proactive member of the team.
This role would suit someone with a minimum of 2 years PQE, ideally you will be STEP qualified, but this is not essential. You will be confident in your technical ability and knowledge and will adhere to excellent standards of client care.
