Position: Private Client Solicitor

Location: Suffolk

The regional Suffolk office handles Property, Commercial, Family and Private Client matters, while the London office specialises in Media Law and Defamation.

The Role:

Advising clients on Wills, as well as Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate Matters, Inheritance Tax and succession planning. Working on a wide range of client circumstances including complex family relationships, estates involving privately owned businesses, agricultural interests and property portfolios.

The Candidate:

Must be well organised, able to cope well under pressure and used to dealing with a full and varied case load. Client care and quality of service underpin every aspect of your work. You will have a solid grounding in all aspects of private client work with a interest and aptitude for drafting wills and advising on Inheritance Tax planning. Excellent interpersonal skills and a keen desire to develop new business. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to progress their career and enjoy a fresh challenge within a growing and fast-paced team.

Qualifications:

  • Newly Qualified Solicitor through 2 years + PQE
  • Solid academic background
