An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a talented Paralegal to join specialist private client teams in the Leatherhead area. Utilising your previous experience gained as either a fee-earner or in more of a support capacity, the successful Paralegal will manage a varied workload, ensuring high levels of client care and service at all times. Duties may include: file management; preparing IHT forms; use of case management system; will drafting; liaising with clients in person and over the telephone and; assisting with aspects of estate administration. Our client is particularly keen to hear from candidates with previous will drafting experience, however this is not essential. In return the successful Paralegal can expect opportunities for continued development and a supportive working environment associated with a practice of this calibre.
