Private Client LPA Wills Probate Solicitor Legal Executive Lawyer
My client is a long established East Anglian practice with offices serving West Norfolk & Cambridgeshire and one of the major firms in the area in terms of size and expertise. A full range of legal services is offered by highly qualified personnel.
This is a full time permanent position, Supervision is available if required, within the office. Or an experienced lawyer who could work independently to develop a new caseload.
The successful candidate should have a good customer facing style and have experience within the private client environment. A current knowledge of Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Estate Administration and Will preparation is required.
The position is based in our Ely office, however the successful candidates should be prepared to travel between the other offices if required. Salary dependent upon experience.
The work to be undertaken is all types of private client work in particular Wills, Elderly Client advice, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters, and Administration of Estates.
In this office we currently have a legal executive of 21 years qualification, a Solicitor of 2 years and a part time solicitor of 24 years along with a full complement of support staff. Thus we could accommodate any lawyer from 2 - 3 years' experience up to an experienced career driven lawyer looking for career progression
