A multi office law firm with a fantastic reputation both locally and nationally are currently looking to recruit a Legal Secretary/PA to join the expanding Private Client department. Our client has offices across the South West and have grown year on year due to success across a number of practice areas.
As a Legal Secretary within the Private Client team you be joining the highly successful team who deal with a variety of private client matters such as Tax & Estate Planning, Court of Protection as well as Wills & Probate. The role will involve audio typing, producing and amending legal documents using digital dictation, acting as the main point of contact for clients, general administration duties as well diary management. In order to be considered, the ideal applicant will have experience of working with a private client department, legal secretarial experience, fast and accurate audio typist with excellent communication and organizational skills.
