An outstanding opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary has come up with a market leading Private Client specialist at its central Leeds office. You will provide administrative and secretarial support to a truly collegiate team.
This role could be ideal for a legal secretary seeking a new direction in a role which offers more than the standard secretary role. You will provide full secretarial support, to include: word processing, diary management, regular and accurate filing, archiving, emailing, photocopying, dealing with telephone inquiries, billing and time recording. Software used includes Outlook and the Microsoft Office suite, primarily Word and Excel, along with the firm's accounting software (Axxia), Big Hand (digital dictation), and Oyez forms.

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3 years' legal experience with a minimum typing speed of 65WPM.
Experience within Private Client would be preferred, but applicants from other backgrounds will still be considered.
