This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Legal Secretary to join our clients’ flourishing practice in Yeovil. Working closely with lawyers within the department, the successful Legal Secretary will provide comprehensive support with duties including: client liaison; completing legal forms; diary management; audio typing; document production; file management and; general office administration.

You must be a Legal Secretary with solid experience gained within a well-regarded Private Client team.
You will possess first class client care and communication skills, across all levels.
You must have excellent technical and IT skills.
You will have a fast and accurate typing speed (min. 60wpm).
Excellent organisational skills are essential for the position.
You will be a team player with the ability to work to tight deadlines and maintain high levels of accuracy.
You will be professional, flexible and display a meticulous approach.
