This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Legal Secretary to join our clients’ thriving Private Client department in the Bridport area. Working closely with lawyers within the department, the successful Legal Secretary will provide comprehensive support with duties including: client liaison; completing legal forms; diary management; audio typing; document production; file management and; general office administration.

You must be a Legal Secretary with solid experience gained within a well-regarded Private Client team.
You will possess first class client care and communication skills, across all levels.
You must have excellent technical and IT skills.
You will have a fast and accurate typing speed (min. 60wpm).
Excellent organisational skills are essential for the position.
You will be a team player with the ability to work to tight deadlines and maintain high levels of accuracy.
You will be professional, flexible and display a meticulous approach.
