A new opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Legal Assistant for our clients’ busy department in Dorchester. With previous experience in a similar department, you will be personable and able to undertake a varied workload, working on your own initiative. Duties will include: typing (audio/copy); file management; diary management; telephony; preparing documents; organising client related activities; conducting researches and; general office duties.
The successful Private Client Legal Assistant will liaise well with clients and other professionals, communicating in a clear and concise manner at all times. You will also be willing to participate in the business development and marketing of the firm. You must be a Legal Secretary with solid experience within a Private Client department;
Fast typing speed is essential;
You must have excellent client skills;
You will be educated with good attention to detail;
You will be actively involved in the business development and marketing of the firm;
You will be able to work well within a team and on own initiative;
You will be IT literate.
