This is an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Lawyer to join a successful firm and manage their own rewarding caseload. Your duties will include: Wills; estate administration; trusts; tax planning; LPAs and; Court of Protection work. Therefore, the firm is looking for outstanding technical knowledge and experience in these matters. Business development is a key feature of the role where you will increase the volume of new high quality and profitable work through networking, advertising and marketing. Applications are encouraged from Solicitors and Legal Executives with at least 4 years’ PQE in Private Client matters.
You will be technically skilled in all aspects of Private Client.
STEP membership and accreditation (or a desire to become STEP accredited) is required.
The ability to manage your own varied caseload including work for high net worth clients is essential.
You will possess great communication and client care skills.
Commercial acumen will be a key attribute.
Overall, the successful Private Client Lawyer will be able to demonstrate a sense of urgency and the desire and skill to deliver work ahead of client expectations.
