A position within a dynamic Yorkshire law firm has become available for an experienced Private Client Lawyer. The firm has 4 offices across Yorkshire, and has a 70 year record of excellent service. The firm is a highly acclaimed choice for the West Yorkshire area and beyond.
The role will be split between the Horsforth and Guiseley offices, and they are looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Lawyer to the team. You could be an experienced solicitor or legal executive to qualify for this role.
The role will cover the full spectrum of private client, and the successful Private Client Lawyer will deal with all areas of Wills, Trust and Probate work, particularly Probate and Powers of Attorney/Deputyships.
This role will have limited supervision, therefore, it is essential that you have extensive previous experience and a strong passion for this area of work.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum five years’ experience working in a similar fee earning role. You will be highly I.T literate, have a warm and personable approach, and be experienced across all aspects of private client work, as outlined above.
It would be an advantage if you had previous residential conveyancing experience. This is desirable, not essential.
