What will you do?  

You will advise individuals on broad private client matters to include:

• Probate & Estate Administration
• Wills
• Trusts
• Estate planning
• Power of Attorney matters
• Tax & IHT

What will you need? 

• To be a qualified or unqualified private client fee earner
• (You can be entirely unqualified, or perhaps part-way through a formal qualification)
• At least 2 years’ experience running your own (basic) private client caseload
