Our client, a market-leading Wealth Management business, provides advice to both Institutional and Private Clients. With tens of billions of assets under management globally and a desire to further grow this, we are now looking to recruit a number of Private Client Directors to strategic locations across the UK.

Responsibilities

Based from home, you will be meeting HNW/UHNW private clients within your geographical location through a combination of booked appointments, leads and networking. Your remit will be to meet with new clients, ascertain their needs, objectives, risk tolerance and recommend an appropriate Discretionary Investment Portfolio. There is a minimum entry requirement of £250,000 of investible assets to gain access to this service and so you can be certain of client quality.

Here's what you need to know

Existing and successful Private Client Directors have several things in common and we are seeking the same attributes in you:

  • Level 4 qualified with an investment bias and direct to client experience
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your time effectively
  • Strong commercial acumen with the drive and desire to win new client mandates
  • Tenacious, highly motivated and client-centric
  • A proven track record of high achievement and excellent business figures

You will likely be an existing IFA with an Investment bias, a Stockbroker, Intermediary BDM or an offshore wealth manager returning to the UK. However, we will consider individuals whose role is based around new client acquisition. Investment sales experience is essential. The most successful candidates have historically come from an advisory background, IFA sales background, or have grown their own financial services business and successfully exited. The one major common factor is all successful candidates have had a clear ability to win new business and generate assets under management.

Salary & Benefits

The salary for this role is £60,000 per annum. In addition, a market-leading bonus scheme is in place that's uncapped. Typical earnings are six figures and top earners exceed £200,000 per annum. The business will invest heavily in ensuring your success with ongoing professional development, centralised administration, booked appointments an ongoing leads.
